   मेरे फोन में केवल 30% नंबर ही मेरे अपने घर परिवार और दोस्त के हैं। बाकी बचे लगभग 70% नंबर तो होटल और हॉस्पिटैलिटी से जुड़े लोगों के है। इसे देखकर लगता है कि अपने परिवार से बड़ा तो ये होटल और हॉस्पिटैलिटी का परिवार है जहां नित नए लोग मुझसे जुड़ते चले जा रहे हैं और ऐसा ही हाल उन सभी लोगों का भी है जो इस क्षेत्र से जुड़े हुए हैं।

   सच कहती हूं 11 साल पहले जो होटल और हॉस्पिटैलिटी क्षेत्र से क्या जुड़ी, मुझे लग रहा है कि आज तक नए लोगों से जुड़ रही हूं। सीमित परिवार के साथ सीमित मोबाइल नो. लेकिन इस विशाल क्षेत्र से जुड़ने का मतलब मेरे व्यवसायिक परिवार का अपने आप विशाल हो जाना है। 

   होटल और रेस्टोरेंट उद्योग अपने आप में इतना विशाल है कि रोज कितने ही नए लोग इससे जुड़ते चले जा रहे हैं और एक परिवार की तरह आपस में बंधे जाते हैं क्योंकि जैसे हमारी दुनियां गोल है वैसे ही होटल और रेस्टोरेंट की दुनिया भी गोल है जहां सभी लोग अपना अपना काम करते हुए आपस में जुड़ते चले जाते हैं और किसी न किसी छोर पर आपस में मिल भी जाते हैं। 

   भले ही पिछले दो साल होटल और हॉस्पिटैलिटी क्षेत्र के लिए मुश्किल और चुनौतियों से भरे हुए थे और इतने बड़े उद्योग से जुड़े लोगों के बीच उथल पुथल भी रही होगी लेकिन हमें ये नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि ये उन में से एक उद्योग है जो दुनिया में सबसे अधिक नौकरियों के अवसर देता है। इसीलिए तो नए साल से फिर से एक बार होटल और हॉस्पिटैलिटी ने अपनी रफ्तार पकड़नी शुरू कर दी है और इसके साथ ही इस क्षेत्र से जुड़े अपने परिवार वालों के लिए ढेरों विकल्प भी दे दिए हैं।

  The hotel and restaurant industry itself is so vast that every day so many new people are joining it and are bound together like a family because like our world is round, the world of hotels and restaurants is also round where all People go on connecting with each other while doing their own work and get mixed together at one end or the other.

  Even though the last two years were difficult and full of challenges for the hotel and hospitality sector and there must have been turmoil among the people associated with such a huge industry, but we must not forget that it is one of the industries which is the largest in the world. Gives more job opportunities. That is why this year once again the hotel and hospitality has started gaining momentum and has also given many options for their families associated with this area.
