मेरी कल्पना के शिव और मैं

 मेरी कल्पना में शिव और मैं... 

  चूंकि कल ही महाशिवरात्रि का पर्व था और इस पर्व में मंदिरों विशेषकर शिवालयों में अत्यधिक भीड़ होती है। हर वर्ष तो शिवलिंग में जल चढ़ा दिया जाता है लेकिन इस वर्ष कोरोना के डर के कारण धर्म कर्म में थोड़ा पीछे हटना पड़ा। सो घर पर व्रत लेकर ही संतोष करना पड़ा। मैं आस्तिक तो हूँ लेकिन शायद आध्यात्मिक उतनी नहीं हूँ और अब जब हर कोई शिवमय हो गया है तो यह मेरे लिए भी एक ऐसा अवसर था जिसमें मैंने बिना मंदिर गए थोड़ा शिव चिंतन भी कर लिया। हालांकि मेरे लिए यह कार्य थोड़ा कठिन था तभी तो दो बार कोशिश की कि कुछ लिखा जाए लेकिन हार कर छोड़ दिया क्योंकि मैंनें तो हमेशा शिव का पूजन किया था कभी उसका चिंतन नहीं। तीसरी बार हिम्मत करके थोड़ा लिख पाई हूँ, शायद आप में से कुछ लोगों के विचार मुझसे भिन्न हो लेकिन यह सिर्फ मेरी परिकल्पना मात्र ही है।

   हम सभी शिव को पूजते हैं, शिव जैसा दिखना चाहते है, शिव जैसा बनना चाहते हैं लेकिन उसका आकार कोई नहीं । शिव जैसा जोगी तो बन जाते हैं लेकिन शिव जैसा योगी नहीं। ऐसा कौन है, हिंदू धर्म में जो भगवान शिव को नहीं जानता बस उसको पहचानता कोई नहीं? शिव को सब दिखता हैं, लेकिन शिव को प्राप्त कोई नहीं। 

   शिव कौन है? शिव का परिवार कौन है? कहाँ रहते हैं? सृष्टि में क्या भूमिका हैं? यह कोई कठिन प्रश्न नहीं हैं क्योंकि सभी को पता है कि शिव कैलाश पर्वत पर रहते हैं, माँ पार्वती उनकी अर्धांगनी हैं और भी बहुत कुछ पता है क्योंकि भारत में बच्चे बच्चे को ब्रह्मा विष्णु महेश के बारे में ज्ञात है और हिंदु धर्म में सिर्फ मंदिरों और शिवालयों में ही नहीं अपितु घर-घर में शिव पूजन होता है। किसी व्यक्ति ने शिव कथाएं न भी सुनी हो लेकिन 'ऊं नमः शिवाय' किसको कंठस्थ नहीं है। 

     वैसे तो उनके रूप का कोई न कोई कारण तो है ही जिसके बारे में बहुत कुछ बताया गया है जैसे कि बाघ की खाल पहनने का कारण है, गले में सर्प का कारण है, शरीर में भस्म लगाने का कारण है, सिर पर अर्धचंद्र और जटाजूट का कारण यहाँ तक कि डमरू और त्रिशूल का भी हैै लेकिन मेरी कल्पना से तो शिव ने रेशम नहीं तो खाल ही लपेट ली, रत्न आभूषण नहीं मिले तो नाग और रुद्राक्ष ही धारण कर लिए, मिष्ठान नहीं मिला तो कंदमूल ही ले लिए, फूल नहीं तो बेलपत्र से ही भोले मान गए, चंदन कुमकुम नहीं मिला तो भस्म में ही रम गए, जैसे एक बालक को झुनझुना पसंद होता है वैसे ही शिव को डमरू का संगीत पसंद है। ऐसा भोलापन तो शायद एक बालक का ही होता है। कई बार लगता है कि शिव की छवि एक अबोध बालक जैसी है, जिसे न सुंदर वस्त्रों से मोह है और न ही सुंदर सजीला दिखने की चाह तभी शायद जहाँ अन्य देवताओं का वर्णन सुंदर वस्त्रों आभूषणों और तरह तरह के मुख भंगिमाओं से किया गया वहीं भोले भाले शिव का हिसाब तो जैसा मिला वैसा पहना-ओढ़ा और अपनी धुन में रम गए वाला लगता है। और आज के समय में यही सोचकर लगता है कि शिव से हमें प्रेम तो है लेकिन ऐसा बाल रूप वाला सादापन हम में से शायद ही कोई अपनाये।
   बचपन से ही टी वी, कैलेंडर और मंदिरों में जब भी भगवान शिव को देखा है तो उनका एक बलिष्ठ रूप सामने पाया है,

सुंदर चौड़े मुख के साथ तनी हुई सुडौल मांसपेशियां उनके शरीर को किसी बलिष्ठ बलवान की तरह दिखाई देती है लेकिन आज जब थोड़ा और ध्यान लगाती हूँ तो यह भी सोचती हूँ कि भगवान शिव तो महान योगी भी हैं जिन्हें हम आदियोगी भी मानते हैं तो क्या किसी योगी का शरीर इतना मांसल वाला भी हो सकता है? क्योंकि जो अन्य योग साधक हैं उन्हें ऐसे शरीर के साथ कम ही पाया है। खैर! शिव तो भगवान हैं और भगवान कुछ भी कर सकते हैं। लेकिन हम लोग भी उनके इन्हीं स्वरूप को सार्थक मानते हैं, ऐसे बलिष्ठ शरीर की ही कामना करते हैं, किसी दुबले पतले शरीर की नहीं।
   एक और छवि भगवान शिव की नज़र आती है जिसमें वे एक ऐसे जोगी की भाँति दिखाई देते हैं जिन्हें सांसारिक मोह माया से कुछ लेना देना नहीं है, यहाँ तक की उनके कुछ स्वरूपों को नशे में डूबा हुआ भी दिखाया गया जिनमें वे भांग गांजा चिलम जैसे नशे में बता दिये गये और इस छवि को शायद हमारे युवा अधिक रोमांच से देखते हैं, लेकिन मैं तो यह सोचती हूँ कि जब शिव एक योगी है तो नशे से दूर ही होंगें।

     मैंनें कोई शास्त्र या पुराण तो नहीं पढ़े हैं लेकिन क्या सच में किसी पुराण में भगवान शिव को भांग, धतूरा, गांजे का सेवन करते हुए बताया है?? मुझे तो शंका है! हाँ, ये अवश्य सुना और देखा है कि शिव की उपासना में बेलपत्र, धतूरा भी अर्पण किया जाता है जिसका कारण यह बताया जाता है कि भगवान शिव के द्वारा कालकूट नामक विष पीने के बाद जब उनके शरीर का ताप बढ़ने लगा तो उसे कम करने के लिए औषधीय उपचार हेतु उनके मस्तक पर भांग धतूरा रखने के साथ जलाभिषेक किया गया इसीलिए शिवलिंग पर जलाभिषेक के साथ भांग, धतूरा और बेलपत्र चढ़ाया जाता है। अब इस प्रकार के नशे का सेवन अगर लोग यह मानकर कर रहे हैं कि यह तो शिव को प्राप्त करने का एक उपाय है तो यह उनका शिव को पाने के बजाय सिर्फ उनका अपना स्वार्थ ही होगा।      
  एक और रूप दिखाई देता है भगवान शिव का वो है गृहस्थ रूप। महाशिवरात्रि में हम यही मानते हैं कि इस दिन भगवान शिव और माता पार्वती का विवाह हुआ था।भगवान शिव एक गृहस्थ योगी है जिनका अपना परिवार है, वे एक सुखद दाम्पत्य जीवन का साक्षात उधारण हैं तभी तो श्रावण मास में शिव पार्वती पूजन की विशेष महत्ता है। शिव अपने प्रेम और विश्वास के लिए तो पार्वती अपनी भक्ति और स्नेह के लिए एक दूसरे के पूरक हैं। आज के समाज के लिए यह भी तो एक सोच का विषय है कि शिवरात्रि में हम शिव पूजन तो कर रहे हैं लेकिन क्या शिव के जैसा प्रेम और विश्वास भी हमारे अंदर है??
भगवान शिव ने देवी सती के साथ विधिवत विवाह किया था और जब देवी सती यज्ञ में कूद गई थी तो आहत शिव ने एक प्रेमी की भाँति दुख के कारण उनके मृत शरीर को लिए घूमते रहे और फिर जब माँ पार्वती से पुन: विवाह हुआ तब भी वैदिक रूप से ही विवाह किया। इसका आशय मैं तो यही लूंगी कि धार्मिक और सामाजिक रूप से गृहस्थ जीवन में प्रवेश करना।

       मैं तो शिव को एक प्रेमी की तरह भी पाती हूँ जिनमें अपनी प्रेयसी के प्रति प्रेम और समर्पण था जिन्होंने केवल अपनी स्त्री को ही देखा और विवाह किया। शिव और उनका परिवार सच में सामाजिक दृष्टि में एक आदर्श गृहस्थ जीवन का उधारण है।
   भगवान शिव देवो के देव महादेव कहलाते हैं, उन्हें देव स्थान में सबसे ऊँचा माना गया है और मेरे अंदर भी कई बार ऐसी भावनाएं आती हैं कि मैं भी सबसे ऊँचे पद पर आसीन हो जाऊँ और सबसे आगे पहुँच जाऊं, लेेेकिन क्या करूँ, मैं शिव नहीं हूँ। 

 शिव ऐसे देव हैं जिन्हें हर कोई पूजता है। वे किसी विशेष जाति वर्ण का प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करते। भगवान शिव सभी के लिए समान रूप से विद्यमान हैं। वे सभी के देव हैं तभी तो उनकी कथाओं में कभी कोई राजा तो कोई रंक मिलता है, कोई आदिवासी उनका उपासक है तो कोई देव तो कोई राक्षस। यहाँ तक कि माना जाता है कि भूत, प्रेत, यक्ष और किन्नर तक उनके उपासक हैं। सभी के साथ भगवान शिव समान रूप से अपनी अनुकंपा बनाए रहते हैं। तभी तो सभी के महादेव हैं। क्या मेरे अंदर भी शिव के समान ऐसा गुण है जिससे कि मैं भी बिना किसी पक्षपात के बिना किसी भेदभाव से अपना कार्य करती रहूँ?? सर्वोच्च बनना तो दूर की बात है इसप्रकार की सोच भी अपने पर शायद फीकी ही जान पड़ती है।
    शिव का चिंतन करने पर लगता है कि जैसे एक आम इंसान होने पर मुझे क्रोध आता है शायद वैसे ही शिव भी क्रोधित होते हैं। लेकिन उनका क्रोध मेरे क्रोध की अपेक्षा अधिक भयंकर होता है। उनके तीसरे नेत्र को तो क्रोध का द्वार भी समझा जाता है। माना जाता है कि जब शिव क्रोधित होते हैं तो उनका तीसरा नेत्र भी खुल जाता है और तब चारों ओर विनाश आरंभ हो जाता है  तभी तो अपने क्रोध के कारण ही कभी भगवान गणेश तो कभी राजा दक्ष तो कभी भगवान ब्रह्मा जी का सिर भी काट दिया था। लेकिन जितने क्रोध में शिव दिखते हैं उससे कहीं अधिक तेजी से उन्हें शांत और क्षमाशील भी पाया है तभी तो भगवान गणेश  को नये जीवनदान के साथ वरदान भी मिले हैं। सोचती हूं कि क्या क्रोध करने के बाद हमें क्षमा करना भी आता है ?? ऐसा गुण भी क्या हमारे अंदर है जहाँ हम शांत भाव से अपने क्रोध के कारण पर भी विचार करें??

   मेरी कल्पनाओं में तो शिव के कई रूप है उनके कई गुण है। लगता है कि शिव भी कई प्रकार से हमारी ही तरह है। लेकिन अगले ही पल विचार आता है कि ऐसे बहुत से भाव और गुण हैं जो शिव के जैसे हमें दिखते तो हैं लेकिन हमें शिव बनाते नहीं क्योंकि शिव तो भगवान हैं और हम इसी सोच के सहारे अपने बहुत से गुणों को भी दोष में बदल देते हैं।

     मुझे तो लगता है की शिव बताते हैं कि वर्तमान में जियो, प्रेम के साथ जियो, योग के साथ जियो, धैर्य और संयम के साथ जियो, सत्य के साथ जियो और शिव को प्राप्त करो।

Since there was a festival of Mahashivaratri yesterday and this festival is very crowded in temples especially pagoda. Every year water is offered in the Shivling, but this year due to fear of Corona, there was a slight retreat in Dharma Karma. So had to be contented with a fast at home. I am  an optimistic but maybe not so spiritual. Now that everyone has become Shiva, it was an occasion for me in which I did a little Shiva contemplation without going to the temple. Although this task was a bit difficult for me, then tried twice to write something but gave up because I always worshiped Shiva and never contemplated it. For the third time, I have dared to write only a little, maybe some of you may have different views from me. This is just my hypothesis.

  We all worship Shiva, we want to look like Shiva, we want to be like Shiva but he is infinite You become free from anything like Shiva but not a yogi like Shiva. Who is it that, in Hinduism, who does not know Lord Shiva, just no one recognizes him? Shiva is seen by all, but none attained by Shiva.

   Who is Shiva? Who is Shiva's family? Where does he live? What is the role in the universe? This is not a difficult question because everyone knows that Shiva lives on Mount Kailash, Maa Parvati is his wife and more because children in India know not only in temples and pagoda in Brahma Vishnu Mahesh and Hinduism. But Shiva is worshiped from house to house. A person may not have even heard the stories of Shiva but who does not memorize 'Om Namah Shivaya'.

     By the way, there is some reason for their form, about which a lot has been told, such as the reason for wearing tiger skins, the reason for the snake in the throat, the reason for incineration in the body, the crescent and jagjot on the head. The reason for even Damru and Trishul, but from my imagination, Shiva wrapped the skins, if he did not get silk, if the jewels could not be found, he could wear the snake and Rudraksha, if he did not get the sweets he took the Kandamul, if not the flowers Believed to be from Belpatra, if Chandan Kumkum was not found, then he is happy with the ash itself, just as a child likes to tingle, in the same way Shiva likes the music of Damru. Such naivety is probably also that of a child. At times, it seems that the image of Shiva is like an innocent child, who is neither fascinated by beautiful clothes nor wants to look beautiful, only where other gods are described with beautiful clothes, ornaments and different types of mouthpieces. The spear of Shiva seems to be free with all these physical ornaments And in today's time, we think that we love Shiva but such a childlike simplicity is hardly adopted by any of us.

   Since childhood, whenever I have seen Lord Shiva in TV, calendar and temples, he has seen a strong form in front of him, shapely muscles with beautiful wide mouth and his body looks like a strong force but today when little And if I meditate, I also think that Lord Shiva is also a great yogi, whom we consider as a yogi, can a yogi's body be so muscular? Because other yoga practitioners are rarely found with such a body. Well! Shiva is God and God can do anything. But we also consider their same nature to be meaningful, wishing for such a strong body, not a thin body.

   Another image is seen of Lord Shiva in which he looks like a jogi who has nothing to do with the worldly fascination, even some of his forms are shown to be intoxicating in which he is like marijuana ganja chillam Drunk was told and this image is probably seen by our youth with more thrill, but I think that when Shiva is a yogi, then you will be away from the drug.

     I have not read any scripture or Purana, but in any Purana, have I really told Lord Shiva while taking cannabis, dhatura?? I doubt it! Yes, it is definitely heard and seen that Belpatra, Dhatura is also offered in the worship of Shiva, which is said to reduce the temperature of his body when he started drinking the poison called Kalkut by Lord Shiva. For medicinal treatment, with cannabis dhatura placed on their foreheads, Jalabhishek was done, hence Shivling is offered with cannabis, Dhatura and Belpatra with Jalabhishek. Now, if people are taking this type of drug, assuming that it is a way of achieving Shiva, then it will be their own selfishness rather than their attainment of Shiva. 

Another form is seen that is the householder form of Lord Shiva. In Mahashivratri, we believe that Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati were married on this day. is. Shiva for his love and faith, Parvati complements each other for her devotion and affection. It is also a matter of thinking for today's society that we are worshiping Shiva at Shivaratri, but is love and faith like Shiva in us?

Lord Shiva was duly married to Goddess Sati and when Goddess Sati jumped into the yagna, the hurt Shiva, like a lover, carried her dead body due to grief and then even when she was married again to Mother Parvati. Married in Vedic form. I would like this to enter into the life of a householder religiously and socially.

       I also find Shiva like a lover who had love and dedication towards his beloved who saw only his woman and married her. Shiva and his family truly exemplify an ideal householder life in social terms.

   Lord Shiva is called Mahadev, the God of Gods, he is considered to be the highest in the place of devas, and many times I have such feelings that I too should occupy the highest position and reach the forefront. Shiva is the god whom everyone worships. They do not represent any particular caste character. Lord Shiva is equally present for all. They are the deities of all, only then in their stories there is some king or some begger, some Adivasi is their worshiper, some god and a demon, even it is believed that ghosts, yakshas and eunuchs are their worshipers. All along, Lord Shiva maintains his compassion evenly. That is why Shiva is Mahadev. Do I also have such a quality as Shiva that I continue to do my work without any discrimination? It is a distant thing to become supreme, so even this kind of thinking seems to have faded on itself.

    When I think of Shiva, I feel that I am also like as Shiva because Shiva also gets angry. But their anger is more fierce than my anger. His third eye is also considered to be the door to anger. It is believed that when Shiva is angry, his third eye also opens and then destruction starts all around. Due to his anger, sometimes Lord Ganesha, sometimes King Daksha and sometimes Lord Brahma's head was also beheaded. But Shiva has found calm and forgiving even faster than the anger Shiva sees, only then he has got a new life gift as well as a boon. But do we even come to forgive after being angry? Is there such a quality in us where we can calmly consider the reason for our anger?

   In my imaginations, Shiva has many forms and he has many qualities. He is early and infinite too, it is very impossible for me to describe their forms and qualities. Just as much as I think I get Shiva is also like us in many ways.

There are many expressions and qualities that look like Shiva to us but do not make us Shiva because Shiva is God and with the help of this thinking, we also convert many of our qualities into guilt.

     I think Shiva tells us to live in the present, live with love, live with yoga, live with patience and live with truth than only we attain Shiva.
